The docments President Elect Peter wants to review at our 730 pm meeting tonight are attached. The pdf version of each should work for everyone. The original format President Elect Peter provided (with underscaores instead of blank spaces in the document names) is also provided in case of need.

Attendance Report

Reports are attached

Update added January 22,2012: I have discovered that it is possible to get a report from the district web site that compares our attendance results with other clubs in the district. The December version is attached which includes year to date figures. There are more clubs still reporting attendance than I thought.
