There are several versions of the club letterhead attached for members use when corresponding on behalf of the club. They all identical if they work with your software. Each may have a slightly different use.
rotary_letterhead.doc
This is a standard MSWord document. It must be in a more recent version of Word than my copy as I can't open it but if you have a newer verision of word it may work for you. It should really be saved as a template so that you don't write over it when you use it. If someone can save it as a template and send it to me, I will add it to these.
rotary_letterhead.odt
This version is an open document format version. Any word processor that doesn't try to lock you into their own proprietary document format should work with this version. It works with the free word processing package that you can download for windows, linux or apple at http://openoffice.org.
rotary_letterhead.ott
This is a template version of the openoffice document.
rotary_letterhead.pdf
This pdf version can be downloaded using acrobat reader. That softwaret is probably already installed on your computer. You won't be able to edit it, but you could print it and use it like ordinary printed letterhead.
