Rotary Club of Qualicum Beach Sunrise

Final arrangements have been completed for our Christmas Party, next Tuesday.
We have confirmed 51 guests for the evening. Doug has the piano sounding great,
and I need 12 volunteers for the '12 days of Christmas'. I need a key so that we can set
the room up at say 4:30 PM, for the 5:30 PM start.

I hope that the change in the Executive meeting dates is acceptable.(Jan.13 & Feb.9)

Preliminary plans are in place for our Fireside at my home on Feb. 27th. Allan Gannon
has a successful format that he has used before, which we will follow. We will have a committee meeting to formalize details in January. We will personally invite all our new members of the past 3 years. We are encouraging spouses to come.

As committee chairs, let us all concentrate on making sure that our new members are all involved. Dick Arnold has asked to come on my group. If O.K., I have asked him to help Jim to get Speakers etc.

I will be acting President starting Jan. 6th, but my last meeting before then is the Christmas party. If there is anything that I should know please advise prior to Dec. 18th.
