Rotary Club of Qualicum Beach Sunrise

This event will also involve set up on October 26. We will need participation of all members.(see details for October 26 )

Working with members of the Parksville AM Rotary Club ,members will welcome and guide some 600-800 middle school and secondary school students who will visit some 20-30 demonstration sites( during the hours 10am to 3pm )and help the trades people we have recruited to demonstrate their particular trades & technologies.

Later in the day(5pm to 7pm),we will host the parents of these students who will be invited to attend a reception (with finger foods) to view a video of what their kids did earlier that day and to attend a 20-30 minute talk on the trades and techolongy career opportunities available to their children.

Following this parent event,we will disassemble all constructions;remove tables,screens and other equipment we used that day and return the Ballenas gymnasium.
